Terms of Service

Zably lets you publish content to connected social media platforms and view statistics about that content. Features available to you depend on your plan and on what each platform's API permits.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store your content and publish it to the platforms you select.

You confirm that you have the right to publish what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

Do not use Zably to publish unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, to send spam, to impersonate others, or to break the rules of any connected platform. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube and TikTok are independent services with their own terms. Their APIs change, and features may become limited or unavailable through no fault of ours. Zably is not responsible for a platform rejecting, removing or failing to publish your content.

Zably offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plan prices, billing periods and limits are shown before you subscribe. Where required by law, you may cancel within the statutory withdrawal period.

We work to keep Zably running but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

To the extent permitted by law, Zably is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may end these terms if you breach them. On closure, your access stops and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
