About

One person, one screen, and the posts you were going to make anyway.

Zably is a publishing tool for creators. You upload a video once, write the caption once, and send it to the networks you have connected — then read how it did and answer the comments, without opening one app per network.

Why it exists

Posting the same video to two networks means doing the same work twice: the same file, the same caption, the same hashtags, typed again into a second app. The tools that already solve that are built for agencies and priced for teams, and they ask a creator to think in campaigns and approval queues.

Zably is the small version of that idea. One screen, the networks you actually post to, and figures you can read without a course in analytics.

What it does today

YouTube and TikTok can be connected right now. You can publish to them, schedule a post for later, watch your followers and views, and — where the network allows it — reply to comments and messages from inside Zably.

Facebook, Instagram and Threads are being worked on and are not part of Zably yet. They are shown as "Coming soon" everywhere in the app, and nothing on any plan is sold on them.

What it does not do

There is no AI writing your captions. Zably does not generate posts, does not rewrite what you wrote, and does not use your content to train anything.

The paid plan is not open yet. There is no checkout, no card details are held, and no account can be charged. YouTube and TikTok are free to use, and the free plan is not a trial — it does not run out.

It will not pretend a network allows something it does not. Each network permits a different set of things, and no tool can give you what a network withholds. Where the answer is no, Zably says so — on the capability table and on the screen where you would otherwise be waiting for something to happen.

Who makes it

Zably is built and run by one person in Germany. That is the whole company: there is no support desk behind a queue, and an email reaches the person who wrote the code.

The legal details — who is responsible, and where — are on the imprint.

Your data

Zably holds what it needs to publish on your behalf and to show you your own figures, and nothing else. Your data is not sold, and your content is not used to train AI models. When you disconnect an account, its keys are destroyed; when you delete your Zably account, what we hold goes with it.

The detail, including every provider involved, is in the privacy policy.
